The experienced and innovative team at STG work to provide a strategic plan to deliver a client's envisaged goal, taking into account the functional requirements and applying them to the available technology, or defining  a need for further development  to achieve the operational solution and at the budgetary cost.

 

STG can offer an experienced project scoping resource, whether the project relates exclusively to our products and services or includes collaboration with or integration with other providers.

The training provision is on-going, as required, to accommodate enhancements to staff and is complemented with a full support service, if required.

Project Management

 

STG provides each client with a detailed project plan and dedicated project manager, for each deployment. The project plan identifies all components and stages involved to ensure a successful delivery of the solution. The plan also sets forth a critical path; outlining reasonable timescales and identifying the personnel responsible at each stage and allowing for adjustment, when required. 


Project Management is an invaluable asset to any deployment, especially when collaboration with third party providers is required.
