The TeamCard data management and reporting module, known as Pro-Contact, enables multiple criteria to be applied for the creation of bespoke reports. These manually created reports can then be used within the Pro-Contact Email or SMS module and be applied to a customised message template with a marketing 'call-to-action'. Alternatively, some clients may wish to export the segmented TeamCard data to communicate via their existing CRM solution.
