TeamCard Service & Support

We have a committed and responsive team of experienced personnel and offer 24 hour email and telephone support to complement our systems online diagnostics tools, which means your queries can be managed remotely and in a timely manner. 

 

STG also offers all TeamCard clients a fully-trained, dedicated account manager, providing regular customer visits and out-of-hours support for matchdays and other events.

Account Management

 

We pride ourselves on the high degree of attention to detail and responsiveness we show to all our clients. Regardless of their size or scale, we provide all clients with only the highest standard of care and service possible. 

 

Every TeamCard client benefits from a dedicated account manager, fully trained in all aspects of the TeamCard system and available to answer any concerns, should they arise.

Project Management

 

STG provides each client with a detailed project plan and dedicated project manager, for each deployment. The project plan identifies all components and stages involved to ensure a successful delivery of the solution. The plan also sets forth a critical path; outlining reasonable timescales and identifying the personnel responsible at each stage and allowing for adjustment, when required. 


Project Management is an invaluable asset to any deployment, especially when collaboration with third party providers is required.

Training

Though we pride ourselves on delivering user-friendly systems, all TeamCard deployments are supported with full on-site training to ensure key personnel are suitably versed in all components of the system, relevant to their areas of expertise. The training provision is complemented with useful documentation for easy reference.

Development

​The TeamCard system is constantly being enhanced and onwardly developed to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and to stay ahead of industry growth and the latest iterations in technology.

 

We regularly release new versions of the TeamCard System, but are always open to feedback from clients who may require additional, bespoke enhancements to their existing platform.

System Delivery

Each system delivery follows a journey from recognising the customer's unique initial needs, scoping necessary development to deliver these requirements, and providing clients with a list of recommendations and expectations of timescales and costs associated. All deployments are fully supported by a dedicated account management team who oversee all installations required. This provides clients with an invaluable resource especially where the necessity for integration with third party providers exists.

To ensure clients reap all potential benefits from the TeamCard value-add Loyalty programme, we provide an enthusiastic and committed marketing resource.
